View/edit Libtorrent & Reannounce to tracker for racing.

I have not used qbit for quite some time, primarily for two specific reasons. And i am curious if there's now a workaround.
Can you view/edit libtorrent settings?
Has rapid Reannounce to tracker been implemented for racing?
