Limit file size on download

Is there a way to limit the file size on a download via RSS? I want to keep the maxsize under 1GB for some, and under 2GB for others.
I'm new today, but looking through the FAQ I saw this, I found that I could set the size up on my iporrent account so 250mg - 1gb then generated my RSS, I'm sure you will understand these things better than me as I'm hopeless lol, anyway good luck.
