I am using version 4.03 on Linux Mint 19.3. The search feature was working for me but all my plugins seem to have vanished and I cannot download others.
The "plugin server is temporarily unavailable".

That's a very, very old version. Linux Mint is also in Version 21 now.
Is there a reason why you are using such an old version?

Yes the fingerprint reader GUI isn't compatible with the newer version of Linux so I went back. I don't suppose there's a way to get this older version working is there?
I didn't realise there was a newer version of Qbittorrent for this version of the OS.

OK I have upgraded my OS to 20.3 and Qbittorrent to 4.4.5 and 4.3.9 and search does not work.

Just tried latest mint and qbittorrent and same problem. Plugins won't install either.

Version 4.4.5 (64 bit) and Linux Mint Vanessa 21.

Fixed and running perfectly now. No clue what was wrong.
