Here is qBittorrent 4.5.0 built with MSVC 2017 and 2022(the qt6 installer).

PS: For anyone wondering, I didn't use Qt 6.4.1 because of this bug: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-108593

Nice release with great improvments and changes, thanks sledge and everyone involved at Github. It takes alot of energy, patience and time to make such a release happen.
