I have never once seen an ad in qbt. Ever. Sounds like you downloaded something you shouldn't have, or used an unofficial malware version of the qbt ap.

qBittorrent never ever had ads or sponsored programs. EVER.
I think you downloaded the program from an unknown source that bundled this extra crapware.
