So how do I work this windows XP? I've been trying and my tries are quite futile.

You won't find any up-to-date client for XP. Even Windows 7 is end-of-life now.
I'd recommend using an old uTorrent version. That's the only thing that'd be accepted I think. Maybe 1.6.1? Or even older?
