W7 -W10 drama

I have recently "upgraded" from W7 to W10 and am now cleaning up the glitches in the matrix. Of relevance here is the error message attached. I can 'solve' the issue by reinstalling - every single time I want to use qbittorent. 1st world problem I know but it would be nice to fix it.
