sudden problems

Post by at2112 »

After using (and loving) qB for months now, its suddenly acting very strange. Here's the info I have:

- when i start qB, all torrents start checking. then they stall and stay stalled. all of them.
- in the execution log it says "Fast resume data was rejected for torrent...."
- according to the execution log my ports are fine. I’m using a separate port for DHT, and when i log into my router i can see that PnP seems to have forwarded the ports fine.
- changing and re-fowarding ports changes nothing
- i have re-installed qB and all torrents with no improvement.
- also qB doesnt end when i quit the program. i can still see qBittorrent when i open task manager. if i dont end the process, it stays in memory until i reboot.
- all the torrents come from magnet links

im using ubuntu 11.10 and qB 2.8.4

any help would be appreciated. thanks
