In the search of a Transmission replacement

Hi,

I'm looking for a Transmission replacement (it has to be faster and more optimized).

What I'm looking for: nice performance with high speeds (Transmission currently chockes on my 64mbit connection running on a Phenom x6 CPU with 16GB RAM, and 13 HDD data array ), web interface (I know qBittorrent has one), GUI (not required, but it would be good to have it), CLI client (like transmission-remote - I have some scripts that connect to Transmission GUI app via transmission-remote to do some automated tasks with torrents).

This sounds like some sort of seedbox. What about the linux version of uTorrent? Maybe rTorrent?
(Though I already used Transmission with a 1gbps connection and thousands of torrents.. of course they were all Linux ISOs.)
