Auto RSS Downloader Re-downloading Files

I have tried setting up qbittorrent's auto RSS downloader with download rules that save the files to a different directory than my standard download directory.

Everything works great when it first downloads a file. It works properly and saves the file into the folder I specified. However, the problem occurs after I either exit qbittorrent, or restart my computer. when qbittorrent restarts,it does not see the files it has downloaded, and begins to re-download them again in its default download location.

How do I stop this from happening?

Sorry, forgot to add that this is on Linux Mint 14, With qbittorrent version 3.0.6.
