Issue for qBittorrent remote access

Hi Guys,
need a help 

1) web-gui activet and on 8080 port listening.
2) from my private ip i can access to web-gui.
3) no-ip account create and host added. The form in web-gui menu is filled with correct no-ip account.

But...i can't accesso tu torrent client to -----> myhost.no-ip.com:8080.

Someone can help me with some advice?

Can you from your local ip address?  I can only access it from localhost:8080

What version and operating system.

Is the port forwarded at your router?

Yes, port foward to 8080 both UDP and TCP and was working well with Utorrent WebUI

I've try with firewall and without firewall, no difference
I've try with port 82 instead of 8080, no difference
