Ending data chunk of video never downloads

As per the screenshot, the ending data chuck deliberately doesn't download, preventing me from starting to watch the streamed video.

As soon as the torrent was imported into qBittorrent for download, I checked the ticks "Download in sequential order" and "Download first and last piece first".

From the image looks like you could have watched about half of it while it was still downloading, this may also depend on what or how you attempt to play it and whether you use append .!qB to unfinished file or not.

It is also a "best effort" method, as far as I know the same or very similar method used by the "big" guys.
