Possible UI icons design

I recently had an idea for icons on the UI (whether Windows-specific or not, your choice), so I thought I'd make this and share. It's based mostly on the flat icons used in Windows 8. I made a dark version, too, in case anyone wants that. Enjoy!

I'm using windows 8 in "classic mode", by classic i mean with desktop. Is a possibility to change the trayicon with a darker/black one?
