You are having the same problem as I was. Go here, https://sourceforge.net/projects/qbitto ... ent-win32/ , click on the download for version 3.3.3. . Everything will be back to normal, just don't update it again. Something in the update is causing this issue. I went back to the old version and it's working fine again.
All of this hassle just so I could download some stupid Nicolas Cage movie.
