Ok, I now see why onemoar was confused. Even though the actual source code hosting is done on Sourceforge the project still has an outdated/inactive repository on its google code project.
Onemoar, as Dayman said, the releases found there are actually coming from the svn repo on sourceforge.

What's new in libtorrent 0.16.10:

May 13th, 2013

· fix encryption level handle invalid values
· add a number of missing functions to the python binding
· fix typo in Jamfile for building shared libraries
· prevent tracker exchange for magnet links before metadata is received
· fix crash in make_magnet_uri when generating links longer than 1024 characters
· fix hanging issue when closing files on windows (completing a download)
· fix piece picking edge case that could cause torrents to get stuck at hash failure
· try unencrypted connections first, and fall back to encryption if it fails (performance improvement)
· add missing functions to python binding (flush_cache(), remap_files() and orig_files())
· improve handling of filenames that are invalid on windows
· support 'implied_port' in DHT announce_peer
· don't use pool allocator for disk blocks (cache may now return pages to the kernel)
Hopefully we'll have a new official version of qBt very soon. :)

Thanks alot sledge. The flags tab and few other little changes are not available with this build (yet) right? Atleast im not seeing them :). And does Disk Cache work as it should if you put it to zero like in the latest alpha build? I have set it to zero and ill try it tomorrow, don't have time for it right now its sleeping time :D.

Great work, Sledge!
Installed and ready for action.. :)

BTW; Perhaps you could point me to the changelog for libtorrent SVN r8593?
I've been browsing through the trunk at SourceForge, but I wasn't able to find a build-specific list of changes.

This?  http://sourceforge.net/p/libtorrent/code/8593/

@Sledge
Can you merge those tracker list functions(edit & copy) from the alpha to the next official? thanks.

No, I found that one myself.
I mean a standard changelog, not a list of commited codes.

Have you tried clicking "history" on the upper right? It's a list of commits, but you've specified "r8593"; therefore, I am not quite sure what you want.

Perhaps, Sledge will give you the correct answers. :)

Long time qBittorrent user, first time poster. Just downloaded new 3.0.10 and got a virus warning. Not sure if false positive or not. Never had an issue before. Is your build machine clean?

It's more than likely a false positive. You can always recheck here:

3.0.x is a stable series. New features usually don't get introduced in the stable series. You'll have to wait for 3.1.x for those features.

Welcome to the forums. It is a false positive. Avast reports it as clean. I'll try to report it to COMODO.

I mean I changelog like this:
http://sourceforge.net/p/libtorrent/cod ... /ChangeLog
..Like you can see it says 8593 in the URL, but if you change the number to something else (e.g. 8590, 8591 or 8592), the changelog stays exactly the same.
That's why I'm wondering if there's a more build-specific changelog of that kind availible somewhere else.

Can you report it through your COMODO program? I have found this page to report false positives: http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/submit.php
But it has a max file size limit = 10MB. The installer is 12.5MB. I don't see another way for me to report it. Thank you.
