The non-nativeness you're refering to actually comes from the weird icons used.
If you observed closely the various widgets are native. The icons just look out of place.
That's what I am planning to change in the next version.

Glad to hear that. I hope you make it look just as good if not better than the Linux version.

The main problem is colours, humans don't discern the colour with equality, we don't have the same eyes, some people need glasses, some people need dark skin to rest their eyes, me i need white skin....
So the ability to custom any coulours in qb could be cool. the current orange colour for active torrents is very painfull for me :(

yes! the colors drive me crazy. There's no 'completed' status so if I want to stop seeding my torrents but keep them in the client I have to pause them which makes them bright red. Bright red screams error or unfinished to me, definitely not complete!

Also a DPI/scale option is much needed. I use my htpc and sometimes desktop on my tv and sit 2 meters away from it. Window doesn't scale well so an option inside qbittorrent would be great.

Honestly the only thing that stops me from freely recommending qbittorent to everyone are the GUI flaws. That and the no stop button/no 'completed' status. it's also very annoying that if I delete the files, qbittorent suddenly put's it back in incomplete 0% mode without even restarting the torrent

There are plans for tweaking the UI for v3.2.0 release as it has been mentioned a few times. See here also: http://qbforums.shiki.hu/index.php/topic,2509.msg15491/boardseen.html#newp

Pause = Stop, there is no Pause status like uTorrent.

If you restart qBittorrent and the payload is isn't there anymore then qBittorrent shows 0% again. It checks if its there and if not then it gets back to zero. You can try the alpha on my signature to see how that goes, things might have changed (outside the UI yet, only the topbar can be changed with the alpha).

As I mentioned in this post: http://qbforums.shiki.hu/index.php/topi ... l#msg14715
those are the new colors for the light theme. You can play with that build.

However, this topic is mainly about the icons. Unfortunately, I won't be able to change the icon theme in time for v3.2.0. It has taken too long already. I don't want to delay it even more.
Hopefully, till the end of the month it will be released.

No, it is not.
If I pause torrent and delete/move downloaded file torrent will move to "Paused" and "Downloading" categories. I googled "qbittorent stop button" and found that people asking you to add this since 2011.
Maybe there's simple solution of this problem?

Download on of the v3.2.0 alpha builds. If files go missing it has a new status and probably will not fall under "Paused" and "Downloading" categories now. If you move the files back and restart the client it will revert back to its original status.

Oh, thanks. It seems it solved the problem.

upd: 3.2.0 destroyed my statistics, what the hell. What I have to do to return it?

Yes, yes this is.
All numbers disappeared from there. But every information on torrents still on its place. Here is screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/CaSt0Uh.jpg

Go back to v3.1.12 and see if the statistics appear back.
If they don't, they are lost forever.
This shouldn't have happened. Are you sure that qbt was closed cleanly?
(I didn't change something on how these data are saved/loaded between those 2 version)

Yep, all stats have returned. I hope that useful fix with "downloading" category will be included in 3.1.13  :)

Any chance we can get the ability to swap out the icons? Do that and people will make icon packs for it, it's in dire need of them IMO.

There is no "3.1.13" and never going to be now that 3.2.0 is current.
