I use the latest qbittorrent and it's the first torrent prog I've ever used. Began about a month ago.
Now, I don't have as much RAM as I'd like, and sometimes need to shut down the computer to clear things, especially the XP pagefile. So I pause the torrents before shutting down, and this wastes data smaller than a block for both me and the peers.
An orderly shutdown would close each peer at the end of a block, thereby being kinder all round. The world needs more kindness...
