What client reports as Libtorrent?

In my continuing (failed) attempts to improve upload speeds from my 500Mbit pipe, I noticed that when have someone feeding me at a high rate (5-30+MB/s), more often than not it reports their client as Libtorrent 0.13.6 (and .7 and .8 ). Of course qB uses Libtorrent but I see those clients listed as qB. Any ideas what client this actually is?

Mainly seedboxes are using libtorrent 0.13.6 or 7. Its not really a "client", more like a web client.

Ah, thanks. That would make sense and could certainly explain why those particular peers were going so fast. I'll continue my quest to try to figure out how to feed at similar rates.
