It seems that our client failed to have enough funds to set up a direct-chain CDN analytical download acceleration server, and a few CN regions or 18 banned magnetic links, unable to successfully obtain and download the metadata; see News mentioned 4.4.0 at least 7 times Beta update repair, optimization; hope to see improvement.
