Lost space on C

Hello to everybody!
I have a small problem: after the installion of qbitorrent on device D, he steal me space (a lot, 13,6 Gb, without any torrent on download) form disc C
And also i don't know where are the folders on C with this lost space
I've also changed all default directories from download setting.
I tried also to reinstall the sw but same result....
