Incomplete folder deleted when i delete a torrent

My default download location is D:
Incomplete files are in D:Incompleti
Then i use categories to download files in the correct folders
I noticed that if i have only 1 file in the incomplete folder and i delete the file i'm donwnloading, also the folder will be deleted, but i don't want to delete the folder
