I am trying to create some torrent from some documentaries that I converted to MKV.

When I go to "Create Torrent", the qbittorrent client does not see ANYTHING in this folder. Why? What am I doing wrong?

Nothing, it should make a torrent file out of EVERYTHING. I am fairly sure you are making a mistake somewhere... double-check the path and everything please. Like, clients (incl. qBittorrent) don't care about file extension. They just hash all the files they find and then output a .torrent.
