QB configures upload speed for specific torrents automatically

Overriding available upload speed for specific torrents with 1 seed or 1 or more peers with very little to no upload speed would come in handy. I have 2.5MB's upload and I am very often the last seeder. If the QB client could detect that there are no more available seeds or peers with no available upload speed or very little speed, then it could automatically force upload speed for that specific torrent. I have a bunch of torrents and most of them have seeds and they can wait.
