Refresh a completed search on search tab

This question was asked back in 2018 but not answered at that time. Is there an answer today? I have a few searches I would like to refresh every few days to see if any new hits come up. I would like to do this without having to retype the search term(s), as it isn't possible to copy/paste the terms from a completed search.
