Import over 1000 torrents from Qbittorrent with correct path,partial download,tags without error into Rtorrent

I'm looking to transfer a huge amount of torrents to Rtorrent.
How do I make sure that every individual torrent setting is identically copied to Rtorrent/Rutorrent?
I want the identical paths,the tags for all my torrent, the partial torrents I decided to only download a couple of files,not the whole thing....every one of this settings correctly mapped also in Rutorrent as it is in Qbittorrent.
How do I do that?
