[Howto] change where qbittorrent preferences file is saved

Hi all,
as the title says , is it possible to save my preferences file at the same folder as the main qbittorent program files are saved ?
Orelse, is ti possible to change where the preferences file is saved?
I searched the forums and google but i didnt manage to find a relevant solution.
