I am trying to download a torrent from Pirate Bay. I updated to v3.0.5, I put the link into the add link to torrent window and highlighted it. Nothing happens. I have not downloaded torrents since March. Sorry for being clueless.
What do I need to do to start the torrent?
I surprised myself and got the torrent started. What I did was clicked on the magnet link and got the browser page which says that the link cannot be resolved. Then I copied and pasted that into the torrent link box. I am sure that there is a better way???

Just click on the GET THIS TORRENT magnet link. Of course your browser must be set to open these links with qBT. Example for Firefox:

Much appreciated. I was able to follow the pretty picture and get the magnet link properly entered in Firefox.
The install did not do that step right somehow. There was an entry in Firefox for magnet links and a path to qbittorent but there was a generic program icon. When I set the path just now I got the qbittorent icon.
