So slow on same home network??

I have 2 computers, a pc and a laptop, both with qbittorrent. I upload a torrent file to TPB from the PC, one hour later i download the same torrent also from TPB to the laptop. Both computers are connected to the same router via cable. The file i want to download (from the pc) is about 260mb, and the speed is 1KB/s... almost nothing! WHY??
