No connection with peers or seeders in standard user account

I have not been able to connect to seeds or peers for some time now in my standard user account. Status says torrents are downloading. I tried connecting in my Admin account and it worked fine. This has been the case with the current and last several versions. I looked at the security tab and added full control to users. I checked my firewall in Bitdefender and qBittorrent is allowed. Any idea why this is happening?
