QBT 4.4.0 Log shows "Couldn't enqueue move of" for every file, trying to move the files to the current location.

QBT 4.4.0 Log shows "Couldn't enqueue move of" for every file, trying to move the files to the current location.
Every time I restart QBT I get the above error in the log for every torrent. Everything else seems to work but I am seeing 500+ errors every time I restart.
Does anyone understand why this might be happening and how I can get it to stop?
