Enable only filtered files

Sometimes people mix file types in subdirectories, and it's a pain when you only want to download say all the .jpg or all the .txt files and nothing else.
You can filter the file list easily enough, but there is no way to select only the visible files and enable them for downloading. It would be great if there was a button next to "select all" and "select none" that said "select visible files".
