Speed drops to 0 at Regular Intervals w/v4.4.1

This was the same behavior I saw in v4.4.0. At regular intervals, the torrent will drop to zero for some time and then resume. See the attached screenshot of a 4.4.1 download. I then reinstalled V3.3.9 and there were no regular drops. So I'm still going to stick with v3.3.9.

Its not the fault of qBittorrent but from libtorrent v2 version. A fix is being prepared for v4.4.2 release.
