Do I need to enable port forwarding on my pfSense box for qBittorrent?

I am new-ish to torrenting.
I've got qBittorrent set up in a Docker container on my unRAID box. I've got it's network going through another container that is my VPN.
I can connect to the webUI from my LAN.
I see something about a listening port as 6881 in the qBittorrent settings and UPnP / NAT-PMP.
I have UPnP/NAT-PMP disabled on my pfSense box.
So do I need to manually enable any port forwarding or FW rules from my WAN to my unRAID box?
