WebUI customization

Hiya,
Since webui seems to be a separate entity that doesn't share settings with the "main" app (which columns are present and the like),
I'm wondering where the discrepancy between the date format being displayed comes from.
App "locally" shows dd.mm.yyyy HH;MM however the webui presents it as flipped-style american date, ie. m/d/yyyy H:MM p (let's take "added on" as an example)
How (if, that is) can this be changed?
