Mac Qbittorent 4.4.2 64 bit version

They have implemented that annoying (IMHO) "feature" whereby menus hide themselves until "mouse over-ed"
ie The "Qbittorent File Edit View" menu strip at top" etc...

Question: how do you disable this "enhancement" pls?

I apologize that this is not an answer to your question.
But I am currently going insane trying to even find the "view" menu on 4.4.2 on my mac.
Could you possibly tell where or what exactly you have to hover over to get these menus to appear? Or maybe post a screenshot? I will also be looking for the answer to your question and will update if I find a solution, as I think this is a terrible "feature" to implement, if it was in fact intentional.
