Missing option? "Skip hash check" option for watched folders

Hi.
Edit: I realised that the feature is in the Windows desktop program. Is there a way to get it working on WebUI, since I'm running though docker?
In the 4.4.0 changelog, the following is listed:
FEATURE: Add "Skip hash check" option for watched folders (glasses)
If I add a torrent to my watched folder whilst "Do not start the download automatically" is ENABLED, it'll get added in paused state with 0% progress. If I start it, it'll start checking the files.
If I add a torrent to my watched folder whilst "Do not start the download automatically" is DISABLED, it'll start checking the files, and then seed it. So this is not using the "Skip hash check" option either.
If I'm adding the torrent manually, I can select the "Skip hash check", and it'll do so correctly.
Is there something that I'm missing?
